Located on the banks of the Leeds Liverpool canal in Blackburn, this former canal warehouse, and grade II listed building has been fully restored and refurbished to the highest standards.
The main building now accommodates the Blackburn Business Development Centre, which consists of 27 office suites suitable for a diverse number of uses.
Peripheral stand alone buildings were also converted to provide prestigious offices for larger more established businesses.
This refurbishment benefited from European funding.
