Built in the late 1800’s, this former four-storey grade II listed textile mill in Blackburn, has been fully restored and refurbished to the highest standards.
Every effort was made to retain the unique characteristics of the building, including the elaborate cast iron columned structure and fireproof brick vaulted floors.
The building provides 39 workshop / office units in a picturesque setting.
This refurbishment benefited from European funding.
