The existing Building was stripped back to a bare shell where various structural repairs needed to be undertaken, together with extensive basement works, underground tanking, timber replacement and new roof structures.
Six prestigious Apartments were formed within the existing structure.
A new 3 storey stone extension was built within the former car park and gardens, together with feature link block between the two building, generating a further 5 Apartments and under croft car parking.
Restrictive access into and around the site made working conditions challenging, influencing both programme and sequencing operations.
The Apartments were finished to a very high quality and specification, recognising the area and high end market, with 5 of the 11 Apartments pre-sold prior to completion.
