This 3-storey 2,322 sq m (25,000 sq ft) office building was originally the Head Office for BAe at their Strand Road site.
Following the part acquisition of the site by Lancashire Enterprises, and the successful development of the Preston Technology Management centre, efforts were focused on transforming this 1960’s concrete structure into a landmark four-storey office building.
The building was essentially stripped back to the original concrete frame, an additional floor was created off the existing flat roof, all elevational treatments replaced, and the interior of the building fully refurbished.
