Linchpin undertook the master planning of this 300 acre site, and were instrumental in securing a new £25m grade separated junction through public enquiry to serve the site.
New access roads and service infrastructure were provided to create individual plots for speculative and bespoke development.
Linchpin managed particularly sensitive issues, such as relocating protected residential tenancies from the site, consulting the local community on sensitive “woodland issues”, negotiating S278 agreements with the Highways Agency, S106 agreements with the Local Authority, and negotiating with the various statutory bodies to bring new service infrastructure to the site.
